2024 PRRHOA Annual Meeting

The PRRHOA Annual Meeting will be held at the Gig Harbor library at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Copies of the announcement, proxy form, election ballot, and budget are available on this website. Please plan to attend or provide your proxy to another trusted Owner.

Note that the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes, which will be up for approval at the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes, are available on this website under Meeting Minutes > BOD Meeting Minutes Archive.

We also note that an incorrect Reserves summary (from 2020) was accidently attached to the announcement. The correct summary will be provided at the annual meeting and will also be posted on this website as soon as possible. The correct Reserve Study document is available here:
