Annual Meeting and Board Elections
Everyone should have received their PRRHOA Annual Meeting announcement. The meeting this year will be on Zoom on Saturday, November 7, at 4:00 PM. Please attend or be sure someone who does attend has your signed proxy form.
- If you want to have the Zoom meeting links, Owners please send your email address to streese256@aol.com or vicepresident@prrhoa.org. Owners will then be sent an email with the correct links. The links will not be posted on this website because it is open to the public.
- Please do NOT lose your ballot. Each ballot is uniquely numbered and in random order. We have no way to replace your ballot if you lose it.
- If you are fine with the choices for Directors, please go ahead and send in your ballot using the envelope enclosed with the announcement. If you want to wait until after the meeting, please send it in immediately after the meeting. We will accept ballots through November 14.
- If you cannot attend the meeting, please give your signed proxy form to a neighbor who will be attending so we can ensure a quorum is established.
