Directing Contractor Activities
Several contractors perform work in our community each year. Specifically, we currently have Thornhill Landscaping and A.C. Moate working. Each contractor has a specific work scope defined by our contract with them and they are performing that work. Activities by these contractors shall only be at the direction of a designated Board member. No other HOA member is authorized to direct the activities of one of our contractors. The contractor may listen to input from a resident; but their work is directed by the HOA Board representative. If you have a problem with work performance, you can email the Board with your complaint.
