General Notice of PRR HOA Board Meeting Schedule and Practices
The PRRHOA Board of Directors targets to meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. The meeting is generally at the residence of the President, Steve Treese, at 1102 138th St NW. We sometimes have to vary from this schedule and location due to Board member commitments. The Board may also call emergency meetings outside the planned schedule to deal with urgent, unexpected issues. As provided in our Bylaws and Washington statutes, Owners can attend the Board meetings in person. Non-Board attendees will be allowed to speak on a topic at an appropriate time. If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact one of the Board members to confirm the meeting time and location and to let us know if you are interested in a particular topic (which we can add to the agenda).
Monthly Board meeting minutes are always posted on the PRRHOA.org website under “Meeting Minutes” after they have been approved. Annual Meeting minutes are posted in draft after each meeting, pending approval at the next Annual Meeting.
